Shortly after all lanes that were closed because of a vehicle fire reopened, there was another accident.
The southbound center lane of Interstate 95 then closed between exits 41 and 40 because of an accident involving a tractor-trailer truck and a car.
The accident was reported at 10:27 a.m.
Traffic cameras showed the left front of the truck hit the driver’s side of the car.
