I was shopping in Long Beach and I had called AAA and the company dispatched out was A&E towing from start to finish was great service. Our driver Rigo was hands down the best we dealt with from start to finish as I work for AAA doing the same as him . Rigo is as dispatched the call and notified me eta and was there before AAAs promised time of arrival and during this pandemic was great full for the service and time of need after shopping. I’d give them 10 stars if I could .
Called in for some advise with an issue I was having with my Camry.The young lady who answered the phone, Vanessa, was very kind and let me now if I was hesitant to drive the car that they would be able to pick up the vehicle for me through towing. When I have more reliable income after this virus crisis, I would diffidently be giving them a call!
Noticed a popping sound when transitioning from Reverse to Drive mode. Automatic transmission. I love my car and expect to keep it for many years to come. As a AAA member, I searched their online directory and found A&E Automotive a few blocks from my home. Yah!
My call was answered immediately. Within minutes I had an appointment for the following day.
The service center is cozy, clean, bright and cheerful. Karina and Vanessa, at the front desk, warmly greeted me, and called David, who I’d spoken to the day before.
David documented my concerns and asked me to leave the car for diagnosis. Karina kindly offered me a ride home, with pick-up when the car was ready. Whoa! Great customer care.
Within a few hours David called with the results. I approved the work, with estimated completion later that afternoon.
As promised, Vanessa called to let me know she was on her way to pick me up. Reasonable final bill.
Within minutes I was on the road again … music blastin’ oldies, air conditioner cranked up, wheels gliding smoothly down the road.
Thank you, A&E Automotive, for taking such good care of my car . . . and by extension me and my loved ones. See you for the next regular service check.
My favorite truck broke down today, and as sad as that makes me, I couldn’t be any more satisfied with the service that A&E provided me with.
I’m a AAA member, so I called for roadside assistance. The phone call was quick and painless, and within about 30 minutes Vai, from A&E came to the rescue. Vai was outstanding, and his truck was spotless. He swooped up my poor little SUV and took me home in a comfy seat with ice cold air conditioning.
Thanks A&E, your professionalism and response time are much appreciated.
Update, 12/17/19:
Got myself in another bind today, needed a vehicle moved across town and it wouldn’t run. Vai came and bailed me out again. Quick annd painless. Thanks again A&E!

David from A&E Auto repair was awesome! I usually frequent another spot, but I decided to give them a call! Super happy I did, David was awesome on the phone right from the start- very welcoming and invited me in! I decided to give it a try because my normal mechanic is closed. David was a man of his word, super honest, very friendly, and the workmanship seemed pretty detailed and legitimate. I think I just found my new go to place! Thank you David!
We brought my 2015 Toyota Camry in, and Karina was super helpful, as well as David. They were very helpful. My breaks were acting up and we found out a bolt had came off.
And they walked me through with what was wrong and suggested what we should do in the future. Also, they’re AAA approved, so that’s Great! Gladly will come back.
Casey came to the rescue! Very professional driver. Used my tow hitch for easy loading onto the flatbed. Very respectful and just an overall nice guy. Thanks A&E for the great service.
Had a flat tire first thing in the morning on a work day. My tech was Vai. He was great! Got my spare tire on and I was good to go. Made it to work on time. I’ve had A & E assistances in the past with roadside assistance and they’ve always been wonderful. Quality customer service. I appreciate that. Keep up the good work A & E
Needed to have my car towed from my mechanic to AAMCO yesterday. My tech was Vai. A very nice, friendly, professional, and helpful guy. It was a pretty smooth trip. I’m totally satisfied with the service and I’m happy to had Vai to help me out.

I did explain the leak issue in the first place to I believe his name is Daniel or David. There was no overheating conditions. My car has never overheated on me. No mention of the “over heating” either.
There was also no mention that it may take days to see if there was a leak or not. Ya’ll just handed me the keys and said my A/C was working and I was good to go. This was the first time I got my A/C fixed there. Check the videos.
After getting my A/C fixed by A & E automotive repair for the SECOND TIME, it isn’t working again. So if they fixed everything that needed to be fixed why is there still an issue? Not to mention that we spent over 1,000$ at your shop within a week and a half. The 30$ freon that you included for free doesn’t even compare to what we’ve spent, so please.
*I don’t know if your staff doesn’t enjoy their job, but it doesn’t give them the right to be rude to PAYING CUSTOMERS. Have they every had customer service training? Just curious.
Keep your 70$ refund. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Got my car towed after having it sit for 3 years . Vai is the best , very professional and very helpful. Don’t usually like tow companies but this was the best service I’ve had from one l.
Had my car towed to the dealership as was under warranty. The driver was the best. Treated me like family. Had a great conversation went above and beyond for me.
Omg Vai is great , he came and I was so stress regarding my Nissan Altima and about to get it towed . He greet me so positively and what a blessing he made me positive . And he check my car and told me it was battery, now waiting on new battery . He gets an A+++

My old truck just stopped on the side of the road. It doesn’t have a fuel gage and I didn’t make it to the gas station, so I called AAA. The tow truck driver that came to assist me was named Vai and he was very friendly and helpful. He added a couple of gallons to my truck and I was on my way in the matter of minutes! Thank you Vai!
I called AAA because my car battery died in the drive-thru to Del Taco! AAA sent Vai from A & E. He arrived within 10min & jumped my car. Vai followed me home to ensure my safety. I’m very blessed to have met Vai & was completely satisfied with his service but above all care. A & E has a great man of integrity working on their team.

Vai came out to get the keys I locked in my car out. He was so friendly and got my car unlocked in less than a second. He definitely turned what I thought was going to be a bad day around! Great service!
