11-year-old girl accused of stealing vehicle in Boston
An 11-year-old girl who was wearing a medical face mask is accused of stealing a vehicle last week in Boston.Police responded on April 22 to 1007 Blue Hill Ave. for a report of a larceny in progress. A woman said she left her son and nephew in her vehicle. The boys said a girl wearing a blue medical face mask approached the vehicle and demanded that they roll down the window. The woman said the girl ordered the two out of the vehicle, got in the driver’s seat and drove off, police said.The girl was later found in the vehicle in front of 1575 Blue Hill Ave., police said. Due to her the girl’s age, officers were unable to charge her with a crime, police said, and she was released to the care of the Department of Children and Families.
